PRECONDITION: Firmware

Using the new software release on your product may require appropiate
firmware to be downloaded, beforehand. The most recent firmware version
is provided with this download package.  

You can check your current firmware version by means of the "Firmware"
string on the main WEB page of your product. The 2nd colum
shows the firmware version. 

Example: Firmware XX

"Firmware      :     326.XX"

To download the firmware file simply proceed as downloading a software file. 
The download procedure is desribed in the SOFTWARE DOWNLOAD section, later 
in this document. 

The software and firmware is delivered as it is. SEH Computertechnik GmbH

New software/firmware versions can be downloaded to your product via 
network file transfer.The following text describes a download using 
the HTML method. 

Note: We recommend unencrypted HTTP instead of HTTPs.

1) HTML (HTTP-protocol)
------------------------
Start a web browser and type in the IP address of your product. Choose the
tab "Maintenance" in the top menu. Select "Update" in the left menue. Select
the file and press the INSTALL button.

Note: Depending on the network throughput the download may take several seconds.
Please be patient.
